PackLite Life products are made to order — each item is printed or cut just for you when you place your order. Because of this, please review the size guide on each product page before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is custom-made on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. There’s no inventory to restock, and made-to-order items can’t be resold. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no need to send anything back.
Just email us at hello@packlitelife.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo clearly showing the issue
We’ll take care of it right away.
Lost in Transit
If your order doesn’t arrive, contact us at hello@packlitelife.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll resolve it.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an item enters production we’re unable to modify or cancel it.
